I have a background in Sociology, and am aware of numerous cultural and political issues both domestically and internationally. And, I welcome the freedom of dialogue about such complex issues.
However, your offering 20% off to people who take a course feels inappropriate in this space. You are in the retail business, and in my opinion, do not need to try and educate your consumers. We are all free to exercise our voice through voting, and in our own personal lives. But, what this company is doing feels off-putting and performative.
It is my hope that we can all move forward into accountability without the need to shame and blame one another, in a way that is done through respectful conversations and, most importantly, with a shared humanization of one anothers experience. Your course does not encourage this.
Request product to test 7 or 8 years ago! No one has contacted me back ever, what kinda of waiting list am l on, or did NorthFace disregard this consumer!
I really like your stuff but I couldn’t return the one I don’t like , and I try to go to the store and they can do nothing..

Just raising the question about getting another bag but trying to navigate this process.
The bag is multi-coloured - blue, pink, green, dark blue, white straps etc. It's a great bag that I use for training gear - quite large, so ideal. My problem is that I now live back in NZ and the range of colours available here is very small i.e. red, black, or camoflage (I guess NZ is just at the end of the world, so the agents here simply take what they can get).
Is it possible to buy a replacement bag directly from your HQ or factory? I am happy to send a photo of the bag just to clarify.
