I had an accident resulting in numerous small holes, space 4"X4" & 2" X2"in the front of my FutureLight Vanadis Grey jacket. I need a waterproof patch.
I asked North Face for a patch to fix my torn jacket.
I was told that one was not available, but I could send the jacket to North Face to be repaired; no estimate on time for return. This is unexpectable since I have a planned fishing trip to Alaska by months end, and a marathon scheduled to Patagonia Oct 1. I met with Chelsea Crooks of F.L. crooks, a North Face dealer.
She agreed to have her seamstress repair my jacket with a Patagonia patch. The color will not match, but I will be warm and dry and will have a story to tell.

My wife bought a Jacket M Venture RTO, size L, in San Diego, CA, in June, 2022. However, when she arrived in Brazil and gave me that, as a gift, it was big for my body.
So, we verified that the correct size should be Medium.
As I live in Brazil, it´s hard to exchange the jacket for another size in US. So, I contacted The North Face in Brazil and they said that I had to solve this problem with The North Face in California.
So, I sent a letter to The North Face, in July, 4th, explaining this problem. I haven´t received any answer so far (I wrote my e-mail and whatsapp)
I would like to receive any orientation from The North Face about what I have to do.

Hello, I've worked for a major studio for for 27 years. I and many colleges use north face products every season, religiously when on location.
This year my nephew commented on my jacket , so I decided to get him one for Christmas. Went to the NF website and signed up , bought the jacket, got a order # and delivery date and was planning to purchase more gifts etc. but got sidetracked and had planned to be back. A few later the amount I paid for the jacket was removed from my account , great!
I check my nephew off the list and move on. A week later I see the amount for the jacket was refunded, no explanation, no curtesy email , nothing , "just well this is happening know deal with it". Less than 2 weeks to Christmas no less. Called customer service to speak with a supervisor or AR rep.
Never received a call back or email.
Now I haven't contacted the BBB or consumer advocacy , because I'm sure this is not how NF does business normally , please prove me right. As it stands now I'm going to need some consideration before I or my place of business continues or patronage .
