it is pretty much useless. it is now 1.5 years since iv'e sent them my XL backpacking bag to them because of separation at the seam and No contact for 2 months then they returned to the wrong location.
bag was finally retrieved after 6 months with a lot of effort and sent back to them again no contact for 3 months and was returned to me again. Sent bag back again no update for 3 months despite weekly checkup phone calls It was deemed normal wear and tear. they allowed me to buy another north face bag from them at $90 off their marked up price .
threw bag in the trash. Never buying North Face again.
